Job Summary

The US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble parts by hand or with simple machinery under the direction of the Production Supervisor.
  • Inspect machine at the beginning of each shift and record any issues on a check sheet.
  • Clean and lubricate machinery as required to maintain efficiency.
  • Place parts in designated trays for further processing.
  • Meet specified quantity and quality guidelines for production.
  • Maintain equipment in a clean and organized state to ensure productivity.
  • Report any faulty operations or defective materials to the supervisor promptly.
  • Conduct visual quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to three months of related experience and/or training are necessary.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to use various machines are essential.
  • Attention to detail is crucial for quality control.
  • The ability to read and write simple sentences is necessary.
  • Basic math skills are required for weight measurement calculations.
  • Problem-solving skills and basic computer proficiency are also necessary.
Physical Requirements
  • The job requires heavy work, exerting up to 100 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly.
  • Frequent exposure to moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
