Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to develop next-generation solutions for various industries, including AR/VR, consumer products, and defense.
  • Assemble and fine-tune complex electronics, sensors, and optical elements, ensuring precise and efficient results.
  • Design and develop production fixturing, assembly tools, and test equipment to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Apply glue application skills and operate robotic glue dispensers to enhance product quality.
  • Utilize metrology and optical tools for device characterization and inspection, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  • Strong foundation in electronics and device assembly, with experience handling adhesives and lab bench equipment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to grasp complex computer/math/software concepts quickly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks to meet schedule deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
