Position Overview

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in managing all facets of project delivery, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the comprehensive aspects of project scope, scheduling, vendor relations, and deliverables. You will serve as the central communication hub for the project team, guaranteeing that all members are well-informed and synchronized.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in crafting detailed reports tailored for upper management and clients, providing clarity on project status.
  • Engage in projects of moderate complexity, collaborating closely with team members as you acclimate to the role.
  • Gradually assume greater responsibilities as you demonstrate proficiency and confidence, with support available throughout your development.

Qualifications:

  • PMP Certification: A vital credential that validates your project management capabilities.
  • Client-Facing Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a vendor Project Manager role is essential, showcasing your ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Experience with Large-Scale Projects: Proven history of overseeing extensive projects that involve multiple solutions, highlighting your expertise in managing complex initiatives.
  • Technology Project Management: Significant experience in directing technology projects for external clients is required.
  • Onsite Engagement: This role requires your presence at the office to facilitate direct communication and project oversight.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: High-level skills in MS Office, including Visio and MS Project, are necessary for effective project management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams and projects, showcasing your collaborative leadership skills.
  • Executive Communication: Proven ability to interact with executive management and stakeholders, emphasizing your communication skills at the highest levels.
  • Effective Communication: The capacity to convey ideas and strategies clearly is crucial, along with mastery in various communication formats.
