The Mission Critical Project Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and evaluating essential information to ensure timely project completion.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with document management and compliance documentation.
  • Interpret and assess shop drawings in relation to project specifications, ensuring accuracy against field conditions.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of project files.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and the punch list process.
  • Assist in planning site logistics and the overall Construction Management Plan.
  • Help establish and maintain both vertical and horizontal control throughout the project.
  • Support safety protocols and requirements on-site.
  • Assist with updates to the Baseline Schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Superintendent on project documentation, including daily reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in construction management.
  • Proven leadership skills and a strong aptitude for teamwork.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.

Working Conditions

In this role, employees will frequently engage in tasks that require prolonged periods of sitting, as well as activities involving fine motor skills such as typing and writing. The position also necessitates standing, walking, and reaching. Vision requirements include the ability to see clearly at various distances and adjust focus as needed. The work environment primarily consists of an office setting with moderate noise levels, along with occasional site visits.
