Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor contact lists and account information, issuing purchase orders, and coordinating logistics for inbound materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor contact lists and account information
- Issue purchase orders and track inventory levels
- Coordinate logistics for inbound materials and ensure timely delivery
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support staff across the organization
- Reconcile material shortages and maintain inventory control throughout the plant
- Support all ERP process requirements and communicate effectively with suppliers
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build high-performing teams
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, ERP, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Construction Management, or Accounting preferred
