Retail Business Development Representative

Salary: This position offers an estimated hourly wage range of $15.86 to $18.54, plus unlimited commission opportunities that can lead to earnings of up to $62,460 per year.
Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include using a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their product options, meeting sales targets, earning your commission, and providing world-class customer service. You'll also be responsible for staying up-to-date with evolving technology and company initiatives.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need prior retail or customer-facing sales experience, flexibility, and a passion for helping others. Don't worry if you don't have direct sales experience – we'll provide the training and support you need to excel.
