Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our team at DocuSign. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the delivery of solutions that drive the scalability and continuous improvement of our GTM processes and applications.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute project plans to meet milestones and goals, collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team syncs using agile ceremonies to deliver effective solutions without compromising quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with Quality and DevOps teams to ensure test plans and launch plans exist with backup and restore procedures.
  • Analyze business requirements and validate against return on investment.
  • Craft user stories in Jira and maintain a product backlog.
  • Participate in organizational change and launch support.
  • Author program manifestos, stakeholder maps, project confluence, and maintain a central repository of project documentation.
  • Develop executive-level briefing and use appropriate technologies to enable integration and collaboration.
  • Manage project risks by reporting, communicating, and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Run quarterly review meetings for the Vice President of Business Applications.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Systems.
  • 5+ years project management experience implementing applications in high technology or subscription software organizations.
  • Experience working on an agile scrum team and use of Jira.
  • Critical thinker and advocate of business users without compromising technology teams' needs.
  • Effective communications skills in using technical expertise with cross-functional partners.
  • Experience working on a PMO team.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow through.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Taking initiative on ad-hoc projects.
