Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support for Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite in a corporate setting, engaging directly with end users.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems, hardware, and peripherals.
  • Deliver desktop and network support.
  • Set up, configure, and integrate all hardware components.
  • Assist Corporate Desk Side Support technicians with large-scale IMACs.
  • Document, maintain, upgrade, or replace hardware and software systems as necessary.
  • Manage user account information, including permissions, security, and system groups.
  • Train employees, identify, analyze, and resolve product failures, and order replacement parts as needed.
  • Assess and recommend products or services that best meet customer needs.
  • Perform imaging and image recovery tasks.
  • Conduct break/fix repairs on desktops and laptops.
  • Install and update various software packages.
  • Support WiFi and VPN connections, including wireless devices.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
