We're seeking a Sales Business Development Manager to prospect for new business opportunities for outsourced prospecting clients. The ideal candidate will maintain multiple client relationships by generating leads, qualifying opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and owning client relationships.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
- Initiate outbound email campaigns
- Execute phone campaigns
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns
- Design and execute swag mailers
- Manage account relationships and pipeline
- Execute the Factur Prospecting Process with excellence
We're looking for individuals with:

We're looking for candidates with:
- Prior sales experience
- Technical sales experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent
This is a hybrid work-from-home and work-at-the-office role based in Plano, Texas.
Salary Range$60,000 - $85,000 per year (base pay + uncapped commission)
