Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business unit, you'll be responsible for developing and managing strategies to drive revenue growth and support our business plan. You'll conduct market research, analyze data, and identify opportunities to enhance our commercial development efforts.

Main Responsibilities

Market Research and Analysis

* Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, barriers to entry, and key stakeholders
* Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth

Lead Generation and Management

* Identify, generate, qualify, and manage leads to drive business growth
* Engage with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and other partners

Community and Industry Engagement

* Participate in community events, economic development initiatives, and professional organizations to build relationships and drive business growth
* Assist in developing and managing budgets for events, donations, and sponsorships

Requirements

* 3+ years of business/project development experience in the AEC industry
* Proven track record of business/project development success

Working Conditions
