Business Development Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a rapidly growing company, expanding market share for their IT Services. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new sales leads, understanding customer needs, and closing the sale.
The ideal candidate will have a background selling Off Shore I.T. Services from providers like Oracle, Microsoft (Azure), and Amazon (AWS) as the company develops tailored IT solutions in both On-Premise and Cloud-based environments for Implementations, Migrations, Upgrades, Application Development, Integrations, and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate leadership in developing new business and building strategic, long-term engagements.
- Build lasting relationships with client executives (CxO, VP levels).
- Develop a pipeline of strategic accounts to meet quota targets.
- Actively prospect and develop sales leads from various channels.
- Manage complex sales engagements and identify key decision-makers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-7 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in SaaS Solution/IT Services Sales onshore and offshore.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Hunter mentality and strong communication skills.
