Educational Background:

A BA/BS and/or MA/MS in public policy, communications, Black/multicultural studies, or a related discipline is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $196,000, complemented by benefits such as health coverage, retirement plans, and stock options.
