- The successful candidate will possess a background in partnership cultivation, policy advocacy, social justice, and corporate accountability.
- Essential Qualifications:
- 4-7 years of experience in social impact, community outreach, policy-making, or racial equity roles
- Excellent communication skills with a deep understanding of racial equity issues
- Proficient in project management and developing strategic partnerships
- Proven history of program implementation in corporate or non-profit environments
Responsibilities:
- Assist in advancing Apple's social responsibility initiatives, particularly in the realm of racial equity
- Support the development of both internal and external communication strategies
- Spot and leverage opportunities to promote justice and equality within Apple's operational framework
Educational Background:
A BA/BS and/or MA/MS in public policy, communications, Black/multicultural studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $196,000, complemented by a range of benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and stock options.
