**Responsibilities**
* Supervise and train front desk staff to provide excellent customer service
* Manage guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain confidentiality of guest information and adhere to front desk procedures
* Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
* Assist with room reservations and cancellations
* Prepare daily reports and communicate with hotel management
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a hotel front desk or customer service role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
