Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming client interactions, ensuring a memorable experience commensurate with the Tiffany brand.
  • Improve client experiences through hospitality and store amenities, building personalized experiences that positively impact sales and service.
  • Assist with engraving stations, accurately lead floor waiting lists, and maintain a fully stocked, orderly, and clean hospitality area.
  • Communicate with management regarding potential service issues and assist sales teams with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies.
  • Support operations teams with operational policies and procedures, ensuring store operations run optimally.
  • Assist with inventory and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work non-traditional business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Previous retail or luxury retail experience, or client-related experience in hospitality, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, client service skills, and the ability to prioritize while balancing multiple tasks.
  • Capability to work with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Authorization to work in the United States or in the country where the position is based.
