The Role

We are seeking a Retail & Client Relations Manager to be the heart & soul of our brand, embodying our commitment to excellence in every interaction. As a key member of our team, you will deliver unforgettable experiences for our VIP clients, host exclusive events, and ensure our store and products are presented to perfection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a Brand Ambassador: Share your passion for our products, assist with customer sales, and train staff to deliver unparalleled service and hospitality.
  • Liaise with VIP Clients: Build and maintain relationships with our top clients, host VIP events and tastings, and create memorable experiences that drive loyalty.
  • Drive Sales: Monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to our sales strategy, working both in-store and in our corporate office.
  • Manage Inventory & Quality: Ensure our products are always fresh, beautifully presented, and available for our customers.
  • Enhance Our Space: Maintain the store's merchandising and facilities to reflect the premium quality of our brand.
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in clienteling, sales, and luxury brand management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a knack for hospitality.
  • Proficiency in modern online tools such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, with a keen eye for details.
  • A proactive, outgoing personality with a flair for engaging clients.
  • Experience in a luxury environment, bringing professionalism and warmth to every interaction.
