Onboarding Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Onboarding Specialist to join our team at Help At Home. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new hires, ensuring compliance with company, federal, and state regulations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including creating profiles in various systems and ensuring timely and accurate information is stored and tracked.
- Perform employment eligibility and verification, including background checks, I-9 completion, and verification of Social Security numbers.
- Maintain applicant profiles in our Applicant Tracking System and gather and process employee file paperwork.
- Facilitate Caregiver Orientation and Training and maintain confidential records.
- Participate in staff meetings, company-sponsored trainings, and team meetings as directed.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, communications, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in recruiting or onboarding preferred; familiarity with applicant tracking systems a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; self-motivated, reliable, and strong attention to detail.
