Onboarding Program Manager

Rose International is a leading provider of innovative solutions for human resources and talent management. We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Program Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:The Onboarding Program Manager will serve as a key point of contact for new hires, providing dedicated support and guidance throughout their critical first year at the company. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and educate them on company culture, policies, and practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Review critical pre-boarding tasks for new hires and ensure timely completion
- Act as Payroll point of contact and proactively follow-up on tasks marked as critical
- Manage tickets from onboarding new hires and their line managers
- Coordinate with segment Onboarding contacts on items such as welcome packages and new hire resources
- Deliver consistent results through strong customer focus and a commitment to service delivery excellence
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- HR Operations, training others (onboarding associates), or Talent Acquisition experience ideal
- Tech-savvy with HRIS (Workday) and Onboarding system (ServiceNow)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Adaptability, customer service orientation, and attention to detail
