About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Relationship Manager II to join our Client Onboarding team in Global Markets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional onboarding services to our institutional clients, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales, portfolio managers, and client service members to coordinate all sales and support activities for assigned accounts.
  • Promote investment product sales through client meetings and discussions covering investment strategy, account performance, new products, and market developments.
  • Deepen and enhance existing relationships with institutional clients during client meetings and interactions.
  • Coordinate on internal processes and documents to deliver a quality and on-time product to Global Markets clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored onboarding solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of onboarding experience in asset management, hedge funds, or other client types.
  • Working knowledge of AML/KYC and regulatory requirements for client onboarding.
  • Executive-level written and verbal skills.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure quality and accurate work product.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Executive presence and ability to manage priorities.
