Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Employee Onboarding Coordinator to enhance our onboarding processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and provide expertise on all facets of the onboarding journey for designated business units.
  • Address complex onboarding inquiries and escalations, employing troubleshooting skills to facilitate effective resolutions.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to guarantee outstanding service and a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Ensure that all online documentation is completed by applicants and new hires in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits of onboarding activities to verify the accurate processing of hiring data across various systems.
  • Resolve issues related to the Applicant Tracking System and Onboarding System, providing online support to candidates.
  • Verify licensure, certification, and educational credentials, and manage background checks and health clearances.
  • Safeguard sensitive information in accordance with record retention policies and report any breaches promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards when disseminating information and adhering to internal procedures.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure timely resolution of onboarding issues in line with organizational standards.
  • Engage in critical discussions regarding offer and clearance statuses with new hires and hiring managers.
  • Uphold Maxonic's service excellence standards in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing the knowledge base maintained by the Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Department.
  • Stay informed on HR trends through participation in relevant conferences, workshops, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in HR and onboarding processes.
  • Ability to manage a diverse onboarding portfolio in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize information from various sources for effective problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple systems.
  • Integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • Highly organized with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting as well as independently.
