- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close, including developing and delivering proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions
- 6+ months of experience in a sales or recruitment role
- Proven track record of success in sales and lead generation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- High base salary with uncapped quarterly commissions
- 20 days annual vacation, 5 sick days, and 16 paid holidays
