  • Oversee and optimize marketing initiatives, including analytics and automation to maximize ROI.
  • Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices.
  • Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
