About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activities Director to join our team at Savant Senior Living. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a wide range of activities that promote the physical, mental, and social well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities that cater to the diverse interests and needs of our residents, including cultural events, educational programs, and recreational activities.
  • Supervise and train activities staff, ensuring that they provide exceptional service and support to our residents.
  • Develop and implement programs that promote resident engagement, socialization, and overall quality of life.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that activities align with our community's mission and values.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to ensure resident satisfaction and engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum one year of experience working with seniors, preferably in a activities or program development role.
  • Valid First Aid Certification and a clean driving record required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and on-call shifts.
