Ambassador of Exceptional Guest Experiences

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Experience Ambassador to join our team at SUMMIT One Vanderbilt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Embody Our Brand: Embody our brand and service values in both internal and guest interactions, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for all guests.
- Host and Orient Guests: Act as a host by greeting and orienting guests as they enter assigned areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Ensure Guest Safety: Ensure the safety of guests while in assigned areas, monitoring activity and managing the ticket-scanning process.
- Display Guest Experience Training Standards: Display Guest Experience training standards daily and consistently, creating an unforgettable experience through personalized service.
- Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Provide a high level of guest service by engaging guests, answering questions, resolving issues, making thoughtful recommendations, and identifying opportunities to personalize each experience.
- Be Knowledgeable of SUMMIT One Vanderbilt: Be knowledgeable of the SUMMIT One Vanderbilt brand and the products designed to delight our guests.
- Monitor Activity and Manage Ticket-Scanning Process: Monitor activity in assigned areas and manage the ticket-scanning process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
- Assist with Wayfinding, Guest Flow, and Line Management: Assist in wayfinding, guest flow, and line management, ensuring a seamless experience for guests.
- Contribute to Guest Experience Programs: Contribute to the continual improvement of our guest experience programs through feedback to management and participation in regular team development initiatives.
- Education and Experience: The ideal candidate will have 1 year of prior experience in customer-focused roles in the entertainment, live event, theme park, and hospitality sectors.
- Skills and Qualifications: Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and perform well under pressure. Must have a cheerful, professional attitude and a passion for guest service.
- Physical Demands: Must be comfortable with heights, able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes, and remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Availability: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum availability of three (3) six-hour shifts per week.
