Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to establish rapport and build long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Achieve monthly sales targets, with an emphasis on selling memberships and subscription services
  • Maintain expert knowledge of all products and services, including features and benefits, to assist customers in selecting the right solutions
  • Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
  • Represent our brand professionally and positively at all times
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably in the health and wellness or beauty and cosmetics industries
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quotas consistently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Persuasive, positive, and energetic with a passion for sales
  • Knowledge of the West Hollywood region is a plus
  • Flexible schedule - must be available Monday through Friday
  • Physically able to stand and actively engage with customers for duration of shift
