About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and dynamic real estate sales professional to join our team at KW Larchmont. As a buyer's agent, you'll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale.

Key Responsibilities:

* Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
* Ensure potential home buyers are well-informed about their local housing market
* Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
* Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers
* Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
* Lead follow up
* Team and individual sales and lead generation
* Close sales
* Set appointments
* Sales scripts mastery

Requirements:

* At least one year of experience as a buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
* Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
* Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* An established track record of successful real estate sales
* A real estate license is required
