Overview:

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveying Project Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of various land surveying initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Project Oversight: Manage the budget, scope, and timeline for a range of land surveying projects, from small to large scale.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise project personnel and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure the accuracy of surveying calculations and oversee the quality of work produced by staff.
  • Research Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of public records, including deeds and plans relevant to each project.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and certify the work completed by team members, ensuring a high standard of precision.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed notes, records, and sketches to accurately represent and certify the work performed.
  • Field Coordination: Oversee the coordination of field crews and Survey Technicians to ensure efficient operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct field checks and manage quality assurance processes.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate survey activities with other departments to foster an integrated service approach.
  • Field to Finish: Demonstrate the capability to perform comprehensive land surveying tasks.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

  • Licensure as a Land Surveyor in New Hampshire (LLS).
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • A valid Driver’s License.
  • A minimum of 15 years of pertinent experience in land surveying.
