As a key member of the construction team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass bid management, document control, permit acquisition, subcontractor coordination, and communication with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
  • Bid Management: Assist in the preparation and distribution of bids, manage bid submissions, and analyze subcontractor proposals.
  • Document Control: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, specifications, submittals, and change orders. Utilize project management software to track documents and ensure timely distribution.
  • Permit Acquisition: Research permit requirements, prepare permit applications, and coordinate with local authorities for approval.
  • Subcontractor Coordination: Communicate with subcontractors, schedule meetings, and manage subcontractor contracts and agreements.
  • Communication & Reporting: Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and correspondence to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction administration or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
