Hoyle Tanner has an immediate full-time, year-round position for a Survey Project Manager in our Concord, NH location. In this role you will:

  • Provide project management, including management of budget, scope and schedule for small, moderate and large land survey projects
  • Provide management of project staff and clients
  • Be responsible for performance and/or oversight of surveying calculations
  • Perform analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans and other pertinent documents for the project
  • Review and certify work that staff has completed with a high-level of precision and accuracy
  • Keep accurate notes, records, and sketches to describe and certify work performed
  • Oversee coordination of field crews and Survey Technicians
  • Perform field checks and manage quality control
  • Coordinate survey efforts with other groups in an integrated services environment
  • Have the ability to perform field to finish land surveying
Requirements:
  • Be a licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS)
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Valid Driver License
  • 15+ years of relevant experience
