Description:

Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Survey Project Manager to join our team in Concord, NH. As a key member of our geospatial services team, you will be responsible for managing small to large-scale land survey projects, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide project management, including budgeting, scope, and schedule management for land survey projects.
  • Lead and manage project staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with clients.
  • Oversee the performance and quality of surveying calculations, ensuring accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and interpretation of public records research, including deeds, plans, and other relevant documents.
  • Review and certify work completed by team members, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate records, notes, and sketches to document project progress and results.
  • Coordinate field crews and survey technicians, ensuring efficient project execution.
  • Perform field checks and manage quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Collaborate with other teams to integrate survey efforts and deliver comprehensive geospatial services.

Requirements:

  • Be a licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS).
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Have at least 15 years of relevant experience in land surveying and project management.
