Hoyle Tanner and Associates, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Survey Technician to join our team in Concord, NH. As a key member of our survey team, you will be responsible for conducting various survey-related tasks, including boundary line surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
Key Responsibilities- Perform boundary line surveys to determine property boundaries and identify any discrepancies.
- Conduct topographic surveys to create detailed maps of the terrain and identify any features or obstacles.
- Use GPS technology to accurately locate and record survey points.
- Conduct construction staking to ensure that buildings and other structures are properly aligned and level.
- Perform other survey field tasks as required, including environmental consulting and wetland delineation.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- At least 5 years of experience in surveying or a related field.
- Licensed land surveyor in NH (LLS) is preferred.
