Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will oversee all Studio functionality, including managing and growing multiple streams of revenue, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead generation through grass roots marketing and networking
- Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
- Membership sales and revenue growth
- Staff schedule management and supervision
- Vendor coordination and inventory management
- Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue reports and attendance reports
- Collect outstanding dues and maintain studio cleanliness
- Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
- Strategic marketing campaign management
Qualifications and Skills
- 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience
- Confident sales generation and training
- Ability to manage 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment
