Job Overview

The ideal candidate will oversee all Studio functionality, including managing and growing multiple streams of revenue, new member acquisition and retention, and staff management and development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead generation through grass roots marketing and networking
  • Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class
  • Membership sales and revenue growth
  • Staff schedule management and supervision
  • Vendor coordination and inventory management
  • Proficiency in ClubReady, including revenue reports and attendance reports
  • Collect outstanding dues and maintain studio cleanliness
  • Enforce Club Pilates policies and procedures
  • Strategic marketing campaign management

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience
  • Confident sales generation and training
  • Ability to manage 4 revenue streams: memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing environment
