**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to support our company operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining office systems, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising support staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer operational procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, and customer service.
- Manage an automated office with a small team of customer service professionals.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports and analytics.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist in other areas and departments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with associates, managers, customers, and vendors.
- Lead by example and motivate team members to achieve high performance standards.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to use a 10-key by touch.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret company reports and documents.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
