  • Complete various administrative reports and tasks.
Organizational Duties:
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Implement proper safety protocols.
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and trends.
Work Environment:

This position involves working in an office setting with potential exposure to outdoor elements. Some local travel may be necessary.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to access all areas of the community, lift weights independently or with assistance, and perform routine local travel.

Licenses and certifications must comply with State and Local regulations. A valid driver's license is required.
