Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team and drive business growth and community impact. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our products and customer service, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Collaborate with the District Manager to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and community impact.
  • Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and direction to all staff, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Performance Optimization: Set productivity and performance expectations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Team Building: Attract, hire, and develop talented individuals who share our passion for water safety and customer service.
  • Customer Engagement: Manage customer interactions and inquiries, embodying Miller Swim School's mission, vision, and values.
  • Operational Support: Oversee family/student registration, class scheduling, and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Excellent communication skills, both interpersonal and over the phone
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Flexibility to work any day of the week
  • Proficiency in computer applications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in aquatics management or swim instruction
  • Experience working with children and families
  • Knowledge of swimming pool maintenance operations (Certified Pool Operator or Aquatics Facility Operator preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
