About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at Dash. This individual will be responsible for driving sales and profitability for our Amazon channel, while building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for Amazon, including shipment forecasting and cost optimization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver best-in-class assortment and GTM strategies.
  • Manage customer contracts, promotional and media budgets, and annual negotiations.
  • Lead the implementation and execution of the Amazon Advertising roadmap and deliver against sales goals.
  • Monitor product detail pages for constant improvement, to maintain a healthy content score, and optimized SEO.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience working with Amazon retail teams (1P/Vendor Central) experience required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in team management, hiring, developing, and coaching direct reports.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; must be able to present data in an organized manner to executive leadership teams.
  • Advanced skills using Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Advanced data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is required.
