Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our HR function, developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver HR services
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
- Develop and implement talent management programs to attract, retain and develop top talent
- Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers
- 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong understanding of talent management and succession planning
- Ability to engage with multiple levels of leadership and influence peers and senior management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
