  • Lead the HR team in providing HR services to IT employees, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support the department's business objectives.
  • Develop and manage HR budgets and resources to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  • Provide HR expertise and support to IT leaders on HR-related matters, including compliance, policy development, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with IT leaders, employees, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and effective HR service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong background in IT HR.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR-related information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience working in a higher education or healthcare environment.
