Job Title: Studio Manager

Fingerpaint Marketing is seeking a highly skilled Studio Manager to join our team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our studio, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring that all work meets the highest standards of quality and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the production process, including project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
  • Oversee the work of designers, digital specialists, and freelancers to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure that all financial aspects of projects are accurately reported.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve processes and workflows.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with experience in design, layout, and production.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
