As an HR Coordinator/Recruiter, your primary role will involve supporting the HR and talent acquisition functions for the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the complete recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Facilitate the orientation and onboarding procedures for new employees.
  • Engage in activities that promote employee involvement and satisfaction.
  • Address inquiries from employees regarding HR matters.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and relevant employment laws.


Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related administrative field.
  • Prior experience in recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Proficient PC skills, including familiarity with internet resources, database search technologies, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline is required.
