Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Management: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews with both individuals and panels. Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview stages.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to identify hiring needs and develop innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-performing talent. Draft and refine job descriptions as necessary, working closely with hiring managers to align with team requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule interviews, create interview questions, and participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Requirement Analysis: Establish recruiting needs by reviewing organizational goals and meeting with managers to discuss staffing requirements.
  • Source Development: Build applicant sources by engaging with community organizations, educational institutions, employment agencies, and online platforms, providing information about the organization and its opportunities.
  • Applicant Evaluation: Assess candidate qualifications through interviews, reference checks, and comparison against job requirements. Discuss findings with management to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
  • Organizational Improvement: Enhance the attractiveness of the organization by recommending new policies and practices, monitoring compensation trends, and emphasizing employee benefits.

Contribute to the overall mission of human resources and the organization by achieving related objectives as required.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of direct recruiting experience, managing all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Proactive sourcing strategies and a strong initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Job Type:

$44.48 per hour
