We are thrilled to present a remarkable opportunity for a Lead Talent Acquisition Consultant with our esteemed client, Eliassen Group. This position is hybrid, requiring a blend of onsite and remote work. The ideal candidate will take charge of identifying, engaging, and sourcing exceptional talent for pivotal leadership positions.

We offer flexibility for both W2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our W2 consultants, we provide an attractive benefits package that encompasses Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, a 401k plan with company matching, and life insurance.
Compensation: $35 - $40 / hr. W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a comprehensive pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands through strategic market mapping, research, and evaluation of top-tier talent for leadership roles.
  • Utilize proactive sourcing methodologies, including scouting, to attract and engage passive candidates.
  • Assess and identify potential talent pools by leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as industry-specific websites, social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and collaborations with educational institutions.
  • Conduct research and mapping on diverse organizations, academic institutions, and employee resource groups across various industry sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to formulate diverse sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Participate in and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to enhance the company's visibility and draw in top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in talent acquisition technology and propose solutions to enhance sourcing efficiency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dynamic staffing and/or corporate recruiting, with a strong emphasis on leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and CRM platforms.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, EEO regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that could result in compensation outside of the stated range.

W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including medical (with a choice of three plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, and other voluntary benefits such as life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with match, and sick time as required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
