The Talent Acquisition and Research Specialist will be tasked with crafting and executing innovative strategies for talent acquisition aimed at attracting and securing top-tier candidates. This position demands a strategic mindset coupled with robust analytical capabilities, a comprehensive understanding of labor market trends, and the aptitude to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and sustain a comprehensive pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs through market analysis, research, identification, engagement, and assessment of top talent for leadership roles.
- Utilize proactive sourcing methods, including scouting, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Assess and explore potential talent pools, leveraging diverse sourcing channels such as industry-specific websites, social media platforms, job boards, networking events, and collaborations with educational institutions.
- Conduct research and mapping on diverse organizations, educational institutions, and employee resource groups across various industry sectors.
- Collaborate with internal recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to formulate diverse sourcing and hiring strategies.
- Engage in and coordinate recruitment events, career fairs, and industry conferences to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
- Stay abreast of advancements in talent acquisition technology and propose solutions to enhance sourcing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing and pipeline development for high-volume staffing and/or corporate recruiting, particularly focusing on leadership roles.
Special Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Demonstrated success in active and passive candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with labor laws, EEO regulations, and ethical recruitment practices.
- Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
