Job Overview

Clark Creative Solutions is seeking a dedicated Recruiter to work remotely. The primary role of the Recruiter is to develop effective staffing strategies that attract a diverse range of qualified candidates for the organization.

The successful applicant will possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, adept negotiation techniques, and exceptional organizational capabilities. Familiarity with crafting recruitment marketing strategies that successfully engage and retain top talent is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition Management: Advertise job openings in targeted areas. Evaluate and source qualified candidates and resumes. Facilitate the interview process with individuals and panels. Collect interview feedback and maintain communication with candidates throughout the interview stages.
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee all phases of the recruitment lifecycle. Collaborate with leadership to identify the hiring requirements of the organization. Design innovative and effective recruiting strategies to attract high-performing talent. Draft and refine job descriptions as necessary. Work closely with hiring managers to understand team requirements and streamline candidate processes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize interviews, formulate questions, participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities. Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources is preferred.
  • A minimum of five years of direct recruiting experience managing all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Proactive sourcing methods and a strong sense of initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.

Type: Part-time

Compensation: $44.48 per hour

Expected Hours: No more than 20 hours per week
