Position: Founding Account Executive

Location: San Francisco, CA (On-Site 3 days/week)

Compensation: Target OTE $250,000K + equity + full benefits

About Raydar:

Raydar is an innovative Pre-Series A B2B SaaS company specializing in Data Management and Data Transfer solutions, with a focus on CSV Imports.

The founders are passionate about rewarding outstanding performance and celebrate significant achievements. The work environment is hybrid, with this role requiring presence at the SF headquarters three days a week.

Role Overview:

We are in search of a distinctive account executive who excels in sales and possesses a strong entrepreneurial spirit. This role presents a unique opportunity to partner with the CEO in shaping Raydar's sales strategy. You will gain insights into the multifaceted aspects of building a company from the ground up. Your responsibilities will extend well beyond traditional sales tasks, including collaborating on pricing and renewal strategies with the CEO. Your influence will reach far beyond the revenue you generate.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success in quota-carrying tech sales roles
  • Demonstrated track record of high performance; reference checks will be conducted on your achievement history
  • Experience managing deal sizes with ACVs of $100k+
  • Previous annual quota of at least $800K

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in closing enterprise-level deals
