The Senior Project Executive at VITALITY will be responsible for fostering client relationships and overseeing team management and development. This role entails supervision of multiple projects at various stages, along with the teams leading these initiatives, including Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Superintendents.

The Project Executive will play a pivotal role in overseeing preconstruction activities, design processes, operational functions, client interactions, safety protocols, risk management, team development, training, mentoring, and strategic planning as a vital member of the executive team.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial construction with a consistent work history
  • Proven experience in leading project teams with a comprehensive understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and planning within the construction sector
