- Maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review monthly billing and escalations for accuracy.
- Utilize Salesforce effectively in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in corporate committees and social responsibility initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or service industries.
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- General knowledge of the vertical transportation sector is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage challenges calmly and work with a sense of urgency.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; knowledge of MS Project is a plus.
Compensation:
The expected salary range for this position is between $104,000 and $143,000 annually, depending on various individualized factors, including market location and relevant experience.
The total compensation package may also include commissions based on performance metrics, incentive compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package.
