Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commodity Sales Representative to join our team at HR Value Partners LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales within our existing customer base, building strong relationships with customers, and developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Maintain and grow sales within our existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs, informing sales strategies and business decisions.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts through the entire sales process, from lead generation to implementation, utilizing tools like CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Logistics, Production, Tooling, and Planning, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide accurate account forecasts and present regular customer business reviews, identifying strategies for growth in each account.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing corporate or national accounts, with a strong background in sales and business development.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
