Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented and imaginative Multimedia Production Expert. This role involves crafting visually captivating and persuasive video content. In this capacity, you will contribute to the conceptualization and narrative development, oversee production processes, and finalize video edits. A strong proficiency in video editing and a deep comprehension of video principles are essential for this role.

This candidate should possess a commitment to delivering high-quality work that inspires colleagues and partners to think innovatively, along with robust project management skills to effectively prioritize and respond to tight deadlines while upholding and enhancing the CAS Brand Standards.


Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with team members to devise concepts, narratives, and comprehensive video production strategies.

Plan, conceptualize, and execute video shoots for a range of internal and external clients, including interviews, b-roll, live events, and testimonials.

Operate professional-grade video cameras, lenses, and ancillary equipment to capture superior quality footage.
Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and composition.

Edit and refine video content utilizing Adobe software to produce polished and impactful on-brand videos tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Oversee post-production activities, including file organization, editing, color correction, audio mixing, and the integration of visual effects or graphics as necessary.
Edit both short- and long-form videos for web and social media platforms.
Ensure that videos adhere to brand consistency, specifications, guidelines, and deadlines. Demonstrate the ability to manage and prioritize incoming tasks.
Analyze and enhance the current use of video analytics.
Collaborate with a diverse group of professionals who share a passion for excellence and a willingness to learn new skills.
Manage relationships with external agencies.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography and video editing.
Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring it remains in optimal working condition.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


A Bachelor’s degree in film studies, cinematography, or a related field, with 6-8 years of experience as a video editor or videographer. Proficient in using various video production and editing equipment, including DSLR/mirrorless cameras, manual lenses, audio gear, stabilizers, etc.

Strong grasp of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
Creative storytelling abilities with the skill to translate concepts into visually engaging content.
Willingness to travel for on-location shoots as needed.
Capable of transporting video equipment and rigging.

Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, along with a solid understanding of basic editing principles and aspect ratios.

Familiarity with video encoding formats and expertise with video platforms like Brightcove. Exceptional attention to visual details and strong organizational and project management skills are required, along with effective communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities.

Preferred qualifications include:

Experience with motion graphics, animation, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager or Digital Asset Management systems.
