Position Summary
We are seeking a Personal Care Product Sourcing Expert to join our team, focusing on the Personal Care sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and production of high-quality fragrance and personal care items. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in fragrance formulation and production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of personal care products from initial concept to market launch.
  • Analyze fragrance industry trends and share insights with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare comprehensive project briefs for top-tier suppliers and fragrance manufacturers.
  • Oversee product submissions, gather feedback, and manage approvals with both suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Effectively communicate product vision and development updates to cross-functional partners.
  • Conduct and oversee all product performance evaluations.
  • Ensure project management tools accurately reflect project timelines and details.
  • Facilitate consumer panel testing.
  • Support corrective and preventative action processes for product development.
  • Manage quotations for raw materials.
  • Document detailed meeting notes and provide summaries.
  • Engage regularly with both internal and external collaborators.
  • Assist marketing teams with product naming and copy development.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in fragrance development.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
